Ayia Napa Monastery 

A peaceful spot in beautiful surroundings, the Ayia Napa Monastery is a calm and serene place to visit, away from the hustle and bustle. The monastery dates back to the 15th century, when the Venetians ruled the island. The monks are long gone, but the monastery remains and is the location of the annual Ayia Napa Medieval Festival which is held in the autumn.  

 
Ayia Napa Harbour 
 
Whether you visit during the day or in the evening, you’ll always find Ayia Napa harbour alive with activity. Here you’ll find some of the best fish restaurants in Cyprus as well as plenty of shops and bars. Seeing the island from out on the sea is always a treat, so why not book a boat trip? Thalassa Museum 
 
Opened in 2005, the Thalassa Museum brings visitors an insight into the impact of the sea on the history of Cyprus. A fascinating journey through time, from prehistoric periods to the modern-day. There’s a wide range of exhibits, including a life-size replica of Kyrenia, a Classical period ship.  

 
Ayia Napa Sculpture Park 

The Ayia Napa Sculpture Park offers spectacular views combined with a host of modern sculptures created by more than 40 sculptors from around the world. It’s a great place to stroll around, taking in the views, and don’t forget to take your camera. The park opened in 2014 and it has proved to be incredibly popular. New sculptures are often added to the park, so even if you’ve visited before, it’s likely there will be something new to see. 

 
Ayia Napa Sea Caves 
 
You really shouldn’t visit Cyprus without seeing the famous sea caves, they really are extraordinarily beautiful. Many of the boat trips from the Ayia Napa Harbour will stop off here, or you can travel there by road. Once there you can swim, dive, snorkel or take a jeep safari.
